For the last week or so, (today is 012216) Firefox has continually been locking up and/or giving me script errors that do not go away even after a Refresh. I've had to set Chrome as my default because I keep losing too much data due to these lockups. I've been having to use Task Manager to shut Firefox down. PLEASE HELP!!!

What is the full error message? When does it happen? What were you and Firefox doing at the time?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

I'm so sorry I missed your email, FredMcD.

I'm still trying to get my Firefox fixed. Using Chrome, and it just isn't the same. I've included a link to a printscreen I took to show you exactly what it says. It's happened so many times and I've lost so much entered data that I'm just about ready to bail out of using it anymore.

Any help would be quite welcome.

Meant to add that Safe Mode made no difference.

Works better when I include the image ^_^

Lords of Mozilla, forgive me my trespasses.

STOP USING FIREFOX ! ! For now, use another browser. It will be better to only use Firefox to test our suggestions.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
