Firefox is not asking for master password. I am using windows 10 and firefox 40.0.2

Firefox is not asking for master password. I am using windows 10 and firefox 40.0.2 .. its happening only since the last update. I tested with facebook a couple of times. Setting is to delete cookies after windows closed.
