My Thunderbird quit getting my incoming emails but I could still send. Tech support with my server was no help and suggested I uninstall and reinstall the program. I uninstalled it and want to reinstall it but It gets to a certain point in the installation and says I have to restart my computer due to uninstalling a version of Thunderbird. Once it restarts, you have to start the installation all over again and when it hits that same point in the installation it tells you the same thing again. Thunderbird will not install because it keeps making me restart my computer then I have to go through this same thing over and over. Please help! I want my Thunderbird back! I had the latest version 38.something.
