Cannot set up sky email new pc windows 8.1

Says failed using auto, when use manual configuration it does not allow me to click on done only retest which again fails. Using settings provided by both Sky mail and Yahoo - no problem setting up in Windows Mail, used Thunderbird for years. No problem setting up Gmail. Getting somewhat frustrated.

Any wise words would be gratefully received.
