This has been going on for several weeks, but I can't ID an exact starting point. An additional problem with both apps that may be concurrent is that the app will stall and display at the end of the title bar: Not Responding. This will last 15-20 seconds to several minutes and then continue operating.

So far, this is at the level of extreme annoyance but is still workable. Looking for recommendations. Thanks.

Sorry, I had not been aware of any response to my query; but the issue is now moot. I don't know if my previous problem was involved, but I suddenly could not connect by any means I had installed. (Not FF TB or IE) Long story short...remote tech access got me going, again. Everything has been running smooth, since. Thanks
