Looks like a problem with V-Bates security software.
- bug 1023239 - crashes in libinject2.dll, libredir2.dll and nptnt2.dll
You can check in "Windows Control Panel > Programs" for recently installed programs to see if any suspicious software is showing up.
- Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program
- Click the Installed column to sort by this heading
