Hi, I'm desperate! My main email account hadn't downloaded any emails in 2 days and I stupidly deleted the account this morning and then created it again. The emails are now downloading. However: I had about 20 folders for this account in which I stored important work emails and now all my folders are gone too as I basically created a brand new account. Is it possible to restore my folders to this account? This is so important to me, I don't know what to do without these folders. Thanks for your help!

be very careful with system restores, they are about as dangerous thing you can do with your data. This forum is full of people with horror stories that come from Microsoft recommending a system restore, having said that I am pleased it worked out for you.

Hi Matt, Thanks very much for your quick reply. I had seen this before when I googled for a solution but found it hard to understand. Before I received your reply, I did a system restore. Didn't think this would solve my problem but thankfully, it did :)
