i loaded firefox 5.0 today and when i try to sign in i get "firefox is currently in offline mode"

i loaded firefox 5.0 today and after it finished and every time i have tried to sign on i get "firefox is currently in offline mode and can't browse the web. uncheck the work offline menu item, then try again." where do i find the work offline menu item?
