My Firefox network connection settings is grayed out and not able to enable it. Can you please let me know the steps to enable it. Refer the attachment.

Note: Uninstall/Installing again didn't help to resolve.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Is it likely that this section is locked by some security software via a policy.
