Why does DISQUS keep dropping me?

I click 'login' to blog. Disqus says I don't Have a sign-in or my email is already in use so email is invalid. Other times i can sign-in and it will work for weeks or months. I am totally frustrated with re-upping my account or password changes. It still wants me to use Yahoo which I have not used in approx. 10 years.
