Let's see if we can't fix this for you:

First, make sure you have installed all Windows updates. You should have windows XP Service Pack 3 and any other updates installed. Restart your computer and recheck as well.

Then, does Firefox start up in safe mode? Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? Let me know how things look

The crash report flagged these programs;

odbcint.dll = Microsoft ODBC Resource

xpsp2res.dll = Microsoft

icudt52.dll = International Components for Unicode

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

The OP is using Windows XP and not Windows 7 ;)

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

Also make sure that you have the latest drivers for the graphics display card.
