I use windows 7 home premium. Firefox button was connecting so slow to get on internet so I used the reset button. Now firefox is configured to use proxy server that is refusing connections, unreal...Hope you can help soon...Thanks, Donna

hello, please check in firefox > options > advanced > network > connection - settings... if firefox is set up to directly connect to the internet ('no proxy').
Hi Philipp, Thank you so much for the quick fix! I have another problem I hope you can help me with. Now when I click on "email link" in firefox , windows live mail comes up instead of gmail.
