What would cause all of my contacts to be removed?

more options

I use Aol and Mozilla Fire Fox. When Aol set it up for me all my contacts were transferred and copied to Firefox. Today I went to write an e-mail and ALL my contacts in Firfox are removed and not by my doing? Why would it do this and how do I copy them from Aol to Firefox again. Thank you

Firefox doesn't keep your contacts, they are saved on AOL's website, Firefox is just used to access it. Please contact AOL for support with their webmail.

I have a similar issue. I use outlook. It DOES look like a FF issue. Internet Explorer keeps the contacts. FF will work but within a certain period of time, it removes access to it. I have to reset FF to get it to work. WTF?????!!! It's driving me nuts.. Angela
