I have the Norton 360 and I run it, but accordingly to the norton 360 everything was ok. Recently I start using the bestvideodownloader (I think I got this from mozilla as an ad on for firefox), apparently the problems appeared after I instaled this ad on. The pop up is getting really annoying and I perceive my computer is a bit slower. This is the url that appear in the pop up: http://ib.adnxs.com/pop?enc=GJmAXyNJuD8YmYBfI0m4PwAAAAAAAPA_GJmAXyNJuD8YmYBfI0m4P3GOtxsGLZot7xn6R_jbWCYfSb1QAAAAAPRnDQAdAgAAHQIAAAIAAADDrT4AlEECAAAAAABVU0QAVVNEANACLAE_HgAAuDgAAgQCAQUAAIQAuR4qiAAAAAA.&cnd=%21MCJgDwiozC8Qw9v6ARgAIJSDCTAFOL-8CEAESJ0EUPTPNVgAYO8EaABwAHgAgAEAiAEAkAEBmAEBoAEQqAEAsAEAuQEpXsMLJ0m4P8EBKV7DCydJuD_JAaOp84RX6vc_2QEAAAAAAADwP-ABAA..&udj=uf%28%27a%27%2C+45349%2C+1354582303%29%3Buf%28%27r%27%2C+4107715%2C+1354582303%29%3B&ccd=%21sQX-MwiozC8Qw9v6ARiUgwkgBA..&vpid=45&creative_click=http%3A%2F%2Ffinancereports247.com%2F2%2F&referrer=http%3A%2F%2Fib.adnxs.com%2Fpop%3Fenc%3D7kPecvVjuz_uQ95y9WO7PwAAAAAAAPA_7kPecvVjuz_uQ95y9WO7P--1VfzXY3IY7xn6R_jbWCYdSb1QAAAAAPRnDQAdAgAAHQIAAAIAAADDrT4AlEECAAAAAABVU0QAVVNEANACLAE_HgAAbz8AAgQCAQUAAIQA4ye2XQAAAAA.%26cnd%3D%2521mSKJKwiozC8Qw9v6ARgAIJSDCTAFOL-8CEAESJ0EUPTPNVgAYO8EaABwAHgAgAEAiAEAkAEBmAEBoAEQqAEAsAEAuQGcEG8l8GO7P8EBnBBvJfBjuz_JASFAn84B-fo_2QEAAAAAAADwP-ABAA..%26udj%3Duf%2528%2527a%2527%252C%2B45349%252C%2B1354582301%2529%253Buf%2528%2527r%2527%252C%2B4107715%252C%2B1354582301%2529%253B%26ccd%3D%2521sQX-MwiozC8Qw9v6ARiUgwkgBA..%26vpid%3D45%26creative_click%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Ffinancereports247.com%252F2%252F%26referrer%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.youtube.com%252F%253Ftab%253Dwy%26dlo%3D1&dlo=1

Disable all nonessential add-ons on the following page. By essential I mean you can hardly use the web without it (e.g., Shockwave Flash plugin). If you're not sure what an add-on does, disable it. Then restart and see whether the ads go away.
