When I have several tabs open, I often make the mistake of hitting the X (close FireFox) button instead of closing the specific tab I am finished with. I used to get a dialogue box telling me that I had 3 tabs open and did I really want to close all 3 -- which I rarely did - so it was a saver for me. Unfortunately the dialogue box also included a 'don't ask me this again' -- and so now I don't get the dialogue box and end a lot of FFX sessions when I was just closing the tab. Can you tell me how to get that dialogue box (safety net) back? Many thanks

You can set the warn prefs on the about:config page to true via the right-click context menu or toggle the value with a double left-click.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
