It's probably the other way around, that System Suite 9 doesn't support Firefox. There are many other security programs out there that support Firefox and interface properly with Firefox for more secure storage of passwords and usernames. Norton, Roboform, and LastPass are three that I know of that integrate their functions with Firefox.

I would ask for a refund from Avanquest if in fact they don't support Firefox, which is the 2nd most popular web browser in use today on the internet.

Thanks for the reply. Following my post my computer went on the blink and I was advised by Windows that my computer had recovered from a serious problem (something to do with a driver) and I'm wondering if my wireless mouse adaptor might be at fault.

In any event I have subnmitted a ticket to the technical Department at Avanquest and I am currently awaiting their reply.
