Address Book Column Names

I'm using Thunderbird 52.7.0 (32 bit)

When Address Book lists are displayed, the Phone Columns are displayed as First Number, Second Number, etc. I have seen where the numbers are correlated to Work, Home, Mobile, etc, but I can not find how those labels are made to display. Thoughts?

(My example.jpg file is not uploading)

Thanks

There is a small icon at the right end of the header bar for each window that allows you to turn columns on and off.

I do not see any labeled first number or second number but Work, home. mobile etc are there.

Thanks for your reply.

I have two PC. Both run TB 52.7 The Address Book appearance of the "good" PC has the traditional look (with the old style icon in the upper right and the traditional Work, Home, etc column header names.)

The 2nd PC is the one I earlier described. This version of Address Book has the "Blue Icon" that you mentioned in your post.

With this "Reply" I was able to upload two jpg files. One shows the Address Book columns of listed contacts and you can see the phone header names (First Number, Second Number, etc).

The second shows a contact in edit mode and how the Xxxxx Number is correlated to Work, Home, Mobile, etc.

Thoughts on how to get the columns to display Work, Home, Mobile, etc???

Thanks

I have the add on More Functions for Address book installed and that may be giving me the additional columns. You can get that add on here.. https://freeshell.de/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html
