My computer was fixed but everything was erased. It's all on my phone. How can I transfer everything from my phone to my laptop?

Chosen solution

Hi

In respect of bookmarks and web data in Firefox for Android, I recommend that you set up Firefox Sync. Follow the prompts on your mobile device to set up an account, then use the same credentials to set up the account on a desktop copy of Firefox.

With regards to other data stored on your Android device, I would use a USB cable (possibly the power lead for you device if you remove the power plug) to connect the two, hopefully allowing you to browse your mobiles devices storage as if it were a drive. For more information on this, I recommend you seek support from a dedicated Android forum.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
