I'm not 100% sure which page you're on.

When I open this: http://www.citylink.co.uk/index.php

The central part is a frame with this document in it: https://www.citylinkonlinesales.co.uk/StaticSite/iframe.html

Is the problem that the frame is not large enough for that box? One possible explanation is if you are zooming the page but with the "text only" zoom setting. To see whether that might be a factor, you could check either of the following:

  • Reset zoom level to default using Ctrl+0 (that's a zero)
  • Check zoom type by tapping the Alt key > View menu > Zoom > is there a checkmark for Zoom Text Only

More generally, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache

Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:

  • right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

This will open a dialog where you can remove the site's cookies individually. You can remove cookies for the other site by editing the search box at the top of that dialog, or repeat the exercise on the second page.

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" in case the current setting is causing problems.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)

Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly.

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.
