My bank site returns an "Invalid Bookmark" error message although I am NOT using any bookmarks

I can't login to my online banking site anymore with Firefox 4.0.1. Prior to the upgrade I've had no problems for years. Site returns error message "Invalid Bookmark You cannot access Online Banking pages via a bookmark. "

I am not trying to use a bookmark. I simply enter my card number and click the GO button and the above captioned error message appears.

I've cleared cookies and cache.

I have no problem accessing the site with Internet Explorer
