Update phone number on old account i cant sign into
I have an old account i need to access. I know the email and password. I cant sign in because of an old phone number.

What phone? Where are you seeing this?
Is this about a Firefox Sync account ?
Firefox doesn't use (and has never used) a phone number for signing in, but uses email address and password.
