Ver 29.0.1: the "Enter Key" is not funtioning in the address bar, nor is the button go to the "address in the Location Bar" button. Is there a fix for this?

Try to open s new window to see if the location bar works in that window.
If that helps then close the not working window and close and restart Firefox to see if it keeps working.
