My phone has died and I have Miles of history data collections very important that is that I want to be able to access on my new phone I have downloaded Firefox and it will not bring anything at all across even though it's recognized my sign in my email my photo

Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this . Please sir as soon as possible fixed my problem and help me to find my all Mozilla account sync data.

On Nintendo website, I would like to setup a passkey. When logged into nintendo.com, in settings, under passkeys, I see the following message "You can't use a passkey to sign in from this device". I can add a passkey using the same device in chrome. Device is Pixel 7 Pro. Firefox version 121.1.0 (Build #2015996455) can Firefox allow for me to create a passkey using 1password or hardware key? Is there a setting that needs to be enabled?

i have a mozilla account. I am pretty sure I am logged in on both desktop, laptop and android.

no matter what I do, the "sync and save data"option on android does not appear. when I view the qr code on my android galaxy a14 5g android version 13 it takes me to the google play store where my choices are open or uninstall. when I tap open, it asks "do you want to leave firefox?". google play screen re-appears. 2nd time I tap to open, it just displays the url and android browser is blank. mzl.la/3NDxAIS

Whenever I try to properly use the Firefox browser: I get a "download Firefox page"!! I already have a recent mozilla / Firefox account! WHAT CAN Mozilla DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? & WHEN? I have a long standing Firefox account - this one. I have also recently joined Firefox relay, using a different email - the one I most want to be able to mask - however I am trying to link these two accounts, for many reasons but also because I am trying to add my other email as a backup/recovery to this account, but I keep being denied because it's an 'existing account'. Please help. (Also an unrelated but very unhelpful thing: Mozilla websites, and ONLY Mozilla websites, are currently rendering in plain html and it's *really* confusing and unhelpful. I've killed all my as blockers and it doesn't seem to be any of them. Any advice?)

Despite your suggestion in your prematurely-closed question at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1415834 the Android app *STILL* doesn't have the Sync and Save Data option. This is v120.1.1 (you know, well after the Overflow Menu got BROKEN in the desktop version). I have NO idea what device you must be using to suggest scanning from the keyboard, but this phone has no such item. And scanning from the camera complains that I didn't scan from the non-existent option in the app.
