Firefox will not allow me to change the zip code on the Walmart website.
When I follow a link to Walmart it automatically puts in an incorrect My Store location and zip code. I change it, close Firefox, re-open and try again. Same thing. It does not do that with other browsers. I have removed cookies several times, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox but nothing seems to work.

Details like this are stored in a cookie.
Try to "Remove Cookies" Walmart cookies and check that they are still gone after closing and restarting Firefox:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Also make sure to close all tabs with the Walmart site to prevent Firefox from storing them in the sessionstore.js file as part of session data.
It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
Unfortunately that did not do the trick. When I sign in, Walmart does not show a store for me. If I choose one, it stays until I close the browser then the same thing all over again. If I enter the Walmart site via a link it shows the old store, when I go to change it, the old zip code comes up automatically. I have changed many times. This does not happen if I use Chrome or IE.
What are the cookie settings for the Walmart site if you check them in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"?
Did you try to delete the cookies.sqlite file(s) in the Firefox profile folder?
Yes, I did delete the cookies.sqlite files.
I do not find a walmart site listed in the Tools>page Info> Permissions.
Hi rbooks, when you use the Page Info dialog, Permissions tab, what you see are the permissions for the current page. So if you are on walmart.com, you should see your permissions for that site.
Another view is provided on the about:permissions page (type or paste about:permissions in the address bar and press Enter). After allowing Firefox to load the list in the left column, you can type wal in the box above the column to filter the list down and find the entry or entries for walmart.com.
By the way, this isn't a problem caused by Firefox's form filling feature, is it? That would be a little suggestion that drops down below the box on the site's form instead of appearing in the page itself. You should be able to get rid of obsolete suggestions by making sure they are selected (e.g., arrow down to them) and pressing the Delete key on the keyboard.
