I am trying to log onto Fidelity.com and I keep getting an access denied message. I turned off the Mozilla VPN but the error still occurs

I have no idea how to fix this or why it suddenly started happening. Fidelity tells me it's my browser.

Any ideas apprecaited

I am intermittently but repeatedly getting this message in Firefox:

> The Windows file-dialog has crashed. No file or folder could be selected.

Windows 11, Firefox 142.0.1 Most recently within www.facebook.com Edit Album

Is this a known problem? And does it have a solution?

Earlier, when I opened Firefox it didn't restore the tabs and windows I had been using from about 2 weeks ago. I tried looking in "History" in the Firefox menu but it only displays tabs and windows that I've closed and it doesn't have the tabs and windows I had actually open.

I've had the same Firefox settings since I first installed Firefox a few years ago and this is the first time this has happened... :'( :'( :'(

I must have had about 70 Firefox windows and even more tabs within those windows so this really hurt me... :'( :'( :'(

I have spent the last half hour searching with Google and on Muzila help – everywhere that I can possibly think of and every combination of words and every hit I get that supposedly is the instructions on how to recover sync by entering my account recovery key NEVER leads to a page where I can enter my account recovery key.

Hi, I'm using Firefox 142 on Ubuntu 24.04. It's a fresh install. I cannot sign in icloud.com with Firefox even though it works with other browsers like Brave. I deleted all cookies and site data and disabled extensions (KeePassXC). It doesn't help. I tried in new private window. No success. I copy my password from a password manager, so, no, I haven't mistyped it.

Here's what I do:

1. Open Firefox and go to icloud.com
2. Click on the "Sign In" button
3. Enter my Apple-ID and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Email or Phone Number" field

At this point Brave behaves differently than Firefox. See below for how Brave behaves.

Firefox: -> A "Password" field appears (no buttons "Continue with Password" and "Sign in with Passkey")

1. Enter my password and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Password" field

-> Error message "Failed to verify your identity. Try again" appears. See icloud.png

Brave: -> Two buttons "Continue with Password" and "Sign in with Passkey" appear. See icloud-with-brave.png

1. Click on button "Continue with Password"

-> A "Password" field appears.

1. Enter my password and click on the arrow on the right end of the "Password" field

-> 2FA code is sent to my iPhone -> "Two-Factor Authentication" form opens... etc. complete sign in successfully

Unfortunately I cannot attach the HAR file from the login sequence because the password is included. However, I attached some screenshots from the Web Developer Tools. It seems to me that the login flow with Firefox is broken. I can't tell who's to blame, Apple of Firefox. The error message with Firefox is always the same, no matter whether I enter the correct password or rubbish. In Brave, however, there is a more precise error message when I enter a bad password. I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]

Hello All -

Over the years I have saved many bookmarks across several different devices. Therefore the bookmarks vary between devices. Is there any way that I can tidy up my bookmarks, deleting many of them, on my main machine and then have all the other devices Synch to that list only?

I have tried deleting ALL the bookmarks on the "subsidiary" devices and then synched them but that didn't work. I think I'm asking whether one device can be made the "master" for all the others to Synch to that one and none of the others.

Where is the configuration setting that enables javascript. Consumer Reports requires that the application be enabled to participate in a webinar I want to attend

For some reason, I was unable to verify my account. I even thought I was wrong with my password, but that was not the case. When I use a different browser, Apple does not just ask me for a password but also a key; however, this option was not available on Firefox. With this, I can't log in to my iCloud on my Firefox Linux app.

Ever since upgrading to Windows 11, my Firefox installation has occasionally been unable to resolve domain names of some websites. Example domains:

• apps.powerapps.com
• static.cdninstagram.com
• google.com

As I was trying to debug this, I discovered that the DNS resolution and connection timings are just over 30 seconds (see the attached image). This is highly unusual.

• The issue does not occur with other web browsers on my computer (i.e., Microsoft Edge).
• The issue has persisted across reboots.
• I have already reinstalled Firefox (and wiped the temp files and appdata profile before installing again).
• The issue does not occur with other devices on my home network.
• DNS over HTTPS has been manually disabled.
• Changing DNS resolvers in my Windows settings does not fix the issue.
• The issue is still present with a fresh, unmodified installation of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I love Firefox and do not want to switch to a different browser.

I am suddenly unable to login to my iCloud account using Mozilla Firefox. I was always able to do so before now. I am able to login using Microsoft Edge browser. I have disabled the Firefox pop-up blocker but still not working. When I input my username and password, iCloud sends me an authentication code... but that next pop-up screen from iCloud having a place to input the code does NOT pop-up, so I cannot enter the code. That pop-up screen comes up in MS Edge. Any help is appreciated!! I'm running Windows 10

Suddenly, I can no longer log in to iCloud on my MacBook Air from Firefox: I get the login alert and the code to validate the connection, but the window to enter the verification code doesn't appear. It says "enter" the code, but I don't get the window to do so!

I'm on Big Sur 11.7.10, it worked without a hitch for years. This laptop is one of my trusted devices. Is a recent update preventing the connection?

I looked at similar questions, and answers from 2020 said to add the 6-digit code after my password, but that solution doesn't work.

It seems the problem is with Firefox; it works on Safari. Any solution for Firefox?

when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-
