My samsung account and google are compromised. Need firefox to shield me on this data privacy viollation... Pls assist me on this by tracking source and identify the person behind this madness.. My Data usage for 1month has been consumed in one day and subscribe my google play account, for the android apps that I hadnt got knowledge. Please assist.. thank you.

I have a Firefox account, I have a Bugzilla account (not used for a long time but was able to log-in back!). I try to understand the detail of some security bugs listed in the Firefox release notes by following the link (to bugzilla.mozilla.org) at the bug ID#... but I always get the reply from that site that I am not logged in with the "appropriate permissions". Actually, when I look at my Bugzilla profile (I am indeed logged in), I can't see any permission for that account. Who defines the permissions? When? What/who could change them? On what basis? Where/whom is the request to be sent to if any? Thanks in advance for the help.

New android touchscreen tablet. Messages show but toolbar missing. Touching space where it should be does nothing. Three bars on right and left are no help. Trying to import address book.

This is an odd one I've not encountered before. I have TB installed on 2 laptops at home. They are up-to-date with 128.6.0 installed, and both are using the same wi-fi system.

All of a sudden a few days ago, TB on one of the laptops, but not the other, became noticeably slow in deleting messages. It now takes a few seconds for what before always happened instantly (and still does on the other laptop).

Not the end of the world but it's annoying and I'm hoping there's an easy fix.

I have two computers that I use at different times and for different reasons. I want the open tabs on them to be the same. I am signed in on both computers but there is no syncing happening, even when I go into the menu under my account. It says it's syncing, but it's not. When I try to "Add another device" the option of adding another computer is not given. I do not want to use the profile backup because I want to MERGE the two sets of open tabs between the computers, not overwrite one.

For several days I'm not able to log in at Facebook. Without login I can easily open Facebook from results via Google searches. The problem are seen when I try to log in using latest Firefox. Can log in via Chrome and Edge. Tried to disable all extensions but the problem persist. Using Samsung Browser in tablet works fine as well.

I am currently using Thunderbird (128.6.0esr) on a Mac with OS Sonoma (14.7.1). I have used Thunderbird for many years with a Gmail account on both Windows and Mac machines, and it has always worked well.

But a couple of days ago when I tried to open Thunderbird it went into some kind of loop. The MacOS spinning beach ball appeared and would not go away no matter what I did or how long I waited. The only way out was to Force Quit Thunderbird. Rebooting the Mac and trying again produced the same results.

I have logged into the Gmail account on the web and had no trouble accessing it. But every time (and I have made many attempts) I try to load Thunderbird the spinning beach ball appears again.

I cannot check any of the various settings that Help articles have suggested checking since Thunderbird will not load at all.

If anyone can suggest how to resolve my problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

I HATE, HATE, HATE this change. I try to access my doctors at different locations and get blocked out. It has happened about 5 times in less than 4 days.

And right clicking doesn't work. I have to restart my computer or I am not able to contact the second hospital.

I can't tell you have screamingly stupid this seems.

Hi, I am moving from Outlook and struggling with Thunderbird email accounts I wish to setup 5 mail accounts, four of which relate to different people or departments and on that collects incoming email from mailboxes that are re-directed. I find that I can set up the outgoing smtp and the incoming smtp but I am not give any choice for sending mail. Also whatever I do the first account I set up always appears as the only account visible in the folders pane. If there is a definitive explanation of what to do to configure email in Thunderbird it would be most helpful?

This issue started to appear 2-3 weeks ago. It appeared on my three ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.com’ (aka, @cox.com) accounts when I was attempting to send a message. The ‘Permanently store this exception’ worked and the messages ceased. My other account: pop3.mailfence.com with smtp.mailfence.com began having the same issue except the “Permanently store this except” function fails to work. At first, only sending (smtp) was failing. Now, I can no longer even access the account without the message (included) being displaying. I am aware that Norton is involved from viewing the certificate information . Yes, I use Norton 360 and have for decades. I have, also, been on the TB support site (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird) and found similar issues. Unfortunately, none of them seem to address this specific issue. Thank you in advance for your time and effort. Roger

For some reason, I am getting message that the Certificate for server is not valid (etc.). I can not get or send my emails as of this morning. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?

HOW DO I GET MICROSOFT OUT OF MY COMPUTER?

EXAMPLE: I NEVER SIGNED UP/IN FOR ONE DRIVE. IT MEANS THAT THINGS SUCH AS DOWNLOADS HAS A MICROSOFT TOOL IN THE FILE LOCATION.

HOW DO I QUICKLY FIND THINGS LIKE MOZ VPN TO DOWNLOADS? I RECEIVE VPN FOR FREE. IS THERE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE THAT JUSTIFIES THE COST OF FIREFOX'S VPN?

I've downloaded Firefox on a new computer. Following step #1, there is not green "download as" button so I can't proceed with the installation. Is a "donation" required before installation can be completed. If so, no problem. Kindly advise what I'm doing wrong.

Firefox just dont save the bookmarkd in ios. Or am i missing some setttings?
