Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.

so the problem is anonymoX 2.1.1 add-ons not firefox profile, how to uninstall it? (I can not see the add-ons window) thank you in advance

Tools > Add-ons should pop open the Add-ons window.
