Sorry to hear you that ,if you want to restore the bookmarks in your device or desktop then it is possible but your problem cann't be solved right now.

I would like to export the bookmarks of my Tablet to my PC, for FireFox.

Well, I would like to do it "BackWards". Let´s say your DeskTop PC crashes, and You have a portable device with FireFox and your bookmarks are properly saved. Then You should be able to restore them to your PC when You have it fixed.

Is it clear now? Please let me know.

Android OS > Settings > Accounts > Firefox Sync > Pair a new Device
