System update failed cannot start the phone

I started the system update earlier today and haven't noticed that my battery was really low. It looks like that the battery went empty during update process. Is there a way to either factory reset the phone or install last update. I am using the Keon phone

Well it looks like that the phone is not getting enough power on the wall plug. I plugged it to my computer USB and it started charging immediately - OS turned on and everything looks OK
