Everytime i watch a video online the flash player crashs ALL the time randomly

This first started happening a few months ago around December but it stopped after awhile(i assumed it was fixed during the upgrade along with the random crashing)but now recently its happening again and its worse than before. When i pause a video and when i would come back the video would be a blank white page with a grey exclamation point in the center of a grey a circle and also sometimes if i try to go full screen all i get is a blank black screen with audio only.

Have you looked at our Flash plugin troubleshooting section? There is a lot of useful information in there that should help you get to the bottom of your issue.
