Start typing your ID and when the auto complete comes up use the down or up arrow key to highlight the ID with the password and when it's highlighted press the delete key on the keyboard. You can delete other individual auto complete entries this way.
If you want to delete all your auto complete entries you have to tick the 'Form & Search History' entry when deleting via control-shift-del.
