When I log off with multiple tabs open in Firefox 4.0, how do I enable those same tabs to open when I log back on?

In the previous edition of Firefox, when I had multiple tabs open and logged off, those same tabs would reappear when I logged back on. When I log back on to Firefox 4.0 none of the previously opened tabs reappear. How do I enable the tabs to reappear when I log back on?

Tools | Options | General and change "Show My Homepage" to Show my windows and tabs from last time.
