Virus Vault has reached maximum count limit. How do I empty it?

When the "Warning!' frame appears, with cookies to be healed, I click on "Heal". I did now, and this message appeared:

"The Virus Vault has reached the maximum count limit. Moving object to Virus Vault failed. Do you really want to delete this object?"

There were a "Yes" and a "No" box. I clicked on "Yes", but would like advice on how to clear the Virus Vault.
