My printer does NOT work with Firefox, though it does for Internet Explorer

I can print from Internet Explorer, but can't print from Firefox. The support page is worthless, as there is no one there to talk to and the FAQ don't really address the issue. Do I have to go back to using Internet Explorer and dump Firefox. This started at the last "upgrade" which is worthless, if this is what it did to my access.
