i tried all options to recover bookmarks none work. and tobutton has a problem updating

after upgrading to 3.6 i noticed i lost all my bookmarks. i've doing all the steps involved in retrieving them but none succesful. when i go into my profile and try to retrieve them access is denied

yes i have tried the suggestion. when i go into restore there are no files. only has icons for desktop,my computer,and my network places
