Followed directions from Mozilla Support but cannot get "inside" Firefox" to comply with instructions.

Again, folloed Mozilla Support directions from Konstantina Papadea of 10/22. I could not type or paste anything to then get to "Enter/Return". Could not get to "About Profiles".

I did get a warning page from Webroot that there "might" be security issues. Please advise.
