I accidently changed my language setting and the app won't go back to the Settings page to correct. I want the default language to be English. How can I fix this?

Do you mean the Firefox UI language?

You can open Firefox menu - upper right corner (3 dots) - select settings (the last line in the settings) - select language (the 10th line in the language) - you will see a list of languages - choose English
