First, if you are fine with getting rid of passkeys, go to about:config, accept risk (use at own discretion), then search for security.webauth.webauthn and set these to false : security.webauth.webauthn OR security.webauth.webauthn_enable_softtoken security.webauth.webauthn_enable_usbtoken

To disable passkey creation with website control, you can download a modify passkeys extension to have more control over passkeys.

Especially if you're concerned about any potentially linked devices, you want to make sure all your access details are in good standing, verification codes are reaching you, and you use a strong password, don't leak your verification or pairing codes anywhere online etc. The passwordless or biometric authentication methods actually help protecting such accounts, so I'd recommend looking into them eventually, instead of avoiding them.
