Unable to reorder tabs using a mouse

I am using the latest 155.0 build of Firefox on Windows

Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2 Installed on 21-08-2026 OS build 26200.9278 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.360.0

Recently, probably around a few weeks ago, I have found that i am no longer able to reorder tabs using the mouse left click and drag to reorder.

The mouse is working fine and I am able to do the same reorder on the Chrome browser however it doesnt work on Firefox anymore.

The only way to reorder tabs is to use the popup menu and select Move Tab.

Please close this issue.

It seems it was some kind of windows bug.

I found the same drag drop issue not working on windows explorer.

I restarted windows and it all started working again!
