Actually Mozilla VPN is one of the premium products and it gets its own personal support. In order to file a ticket for a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, if your Mozilla account still has an active subscription to route you to the paid support, you can use this link.
