I have VPN use it on my Ipad followed process on my PC but cannot seem to switch it on and off

I purchased VPN to carry on seeing Bitchute in UK....used it on my Ipad and works fine. Followed the process on my PC to download etc but it doesn't seem to work. Also can you switch it on and off seemed easy on the Ipad, but makes no sense on my PC (Windows 10) Thanks
