There may be a glitch in the website you're trying to download the video from. Have you tried to switch connection?
Doesn't matter what connection I'm on, every other device is fine, only ios/ipados devices. Maybe it has something to do with file formats, but it still doesn't make any sense to me.
Have you tried to download video from other sources to see if it's a website-specific issue?
