Thank you. It was the compatibility mode. No idea why it was running in Windows 8 compatibility mode. I've only had Windows 11 installed and don't recall ever changing the compatibility mode. I really appreciate your help. Kate

Hmm you say you are using Windows 11 yet the Firefox UserAgent you used to post this thread is Firefox 115 ESR on Windows 8. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

The NT 6.2 is Windows 8 as Windows 10 and 11 is based on NT 10.0.

If you are indeed running Firefox on Windows 10 or 11 then you may be running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode for some reason. Firefox 115 ESR is being served to the eol Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users.

You need to uncheck the "Run the program in compatibility mode" as shown in guilds like https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

Then if you do an internal Firefox update you may get served Firefox 140.5.0esr so if you want the current Firefox 145.0 Release instead then download it from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/

Mark it as resolved to get it off our plate and have a nice day.
