Many issues since going back to using Firefox as my default browser
I have spent days trying to figure out issues. 1. despite me clicking on leave me signed in, I am not staying signed into sights or even AOL mail. 2. I am not able to see any photos/images that reviewers are leaving on some sights, and on QVC, I can't see any photos they are leaving or even reviews sometimes. I can't even see anywhere to leave review any more. Never had this issue before. Contacted QVC but they find no issues on their end. Also have same issue with other sites. 3. Loading sites since I went back Foxfire is very slow. 4. Every time I go on FireFox support page it says I have Windows 10. I don't I have had Windows 11 for long time and when I try to change it, it just reverts back to Windows 10.. Firefox is my favorite browser but these problems are very annoying and only reason I changed after using it for many years was because of issues above that nobody has been able to fix. Just today I switched back from Microsoft Edge that I hated, hoping issues above might be resolved but same issues.. I really hope I can find help here, would really appreciate it. Thank you ahead of time.

Does the problem occur after quitting Firefox and starting it up again? In that case, the most likely explanation is that the cookies those sites set to remember that you already signed in were cleared. That could be caused by setting Firefox to delete cookies when you close it, or using private windows, or having private add-ons that clear cookies, or by external privacy programs that clean up between browser sessions.
There is an option to make a cookie clearing exception using the "Manage Exceptions" button in the "Cookies and site data" section of the Options page (choose "Allow" to allow persistent cookies). You also can call up the site Permission settings on a page using Ctrl+i (Page Info). On the Permissions panel, scroll down to "Set Cookies", un-check the box for "Use default", and select "Allow" to have Firefox save the site's cookies if you have it set to clear cookies when it closes.

It sounds like some content in the page is being blocked. Could you double-check Firefox's Tracking Protection feature and extensions that counter ads and tracking? Here's how:
(A) The shield icon toward the left end of the address bar usually turns a bit purplish when content is blocked. Click the icon to learn more or make an exception. See: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.
(B) Extensions such as Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix may block required elements on a site. Usually you can find a toolbar button for each add-on to manage blocked content in a page. There may or may not be a number on the icon indicating the number of blocked items; you sometimes need to click the button to see what's going on and test whether you need to make an exception for this site.
Note: if you isolate Facebook using the Facebook Container extension, any discussion features on sites that use Facebook as their comment service provider will not load and any images embedded from Instagram will not load.

Are there particular sites? For general suggestions, see: Quick fixes if your Firefox slows down.
> 4. Every time I go on FireFox support page it says I have Windows 10.
For anti-fingerprinting and compatibility reasons, Firefox reports all Windows 11 users as Windows 10 users. That is normal and shouldn't cause any problems.
