I am having problems with Firefox not scrolling (and no scroll bar) on some web pages. The following is an examble:

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?

There is a GDPR notice that you need to answer that appears that once cleared allows the website to scroll fine. You may have an add-on installed that is blocking it from appearing.
