why do i have no sound when i'm on the internet
when I am on the internet, for example there is no sound wirh youtube or netflix or amazon. but if i watch something that is on my computer it's fine.

While a video is playing in Firefox, right-click the speaker icon in your Windows taskbar.
Click "Open Volume Mixer".
A window will pop up showing the volume sliders for all open applications.
Look for Mozilla Firefox.
Make sure the volume slider for Firefox is not at the bottom or muted
