https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1057042 When you click the link about someone not trusting Chinese or Russian CA's the page automatically switches the first row of suggested articles and much of the other info (like the thumbs up & down box) to Russian (and it may continue in Russian when you go to another page because it's switching the preferred language choice box). It's giving the middle finger at those who need info about untrusted CA's and happen to click on it. The question is from 10 yrs ago but the problem is current.
