[Firefox Mobile (Android)] PIP mode not working

The PIP integration for Firefox Mobile appears broken. When I play the video, go fullscreen, and then tap home, it pauses the video and won't resume, but the picture is displayed in the pop-up player. In the player, it only shows the very top left corner of the actual video, with the rest of the space taken up by the address bar. I cleared the website's cache and data, the the app's, to be sure it wasn't an issue with my device, and the problem persists. This issue is at least a few days old.
