Firefox is installed on my desktop and on my cell. How can I get my cell to show all bookmarks that I have on my desktop? I already synced a few times but no change!

I don't get the picture shown on your screenshot.
Go to Bookmarks from the menu and you should see the same thing.

You should be signed into the same account on your phone and then look here. see screenshot
