Dear Sir,

Firefox is not working with Rabby Wallet and Metamask extensions.

It does no pop-up the window to see the transaction and sign it. Firefox 134.0.1 (64-bit). Windows 10 Home.

On Metamask at least I can click on the pinned extension and see the window. However it´s not the expected behavior, because it should open the pop-up automatically. With Rabby wallet it is impossible to proceed, even clicking on the extension icon.

Please fix it.

Unfortunately that isn't up to Firefox browser/Mozilla to fix Extension issues that is up to the extension creator to fix the extension problems. You need to contact those extension maker and ask them to fix their extension issues.

How to do that?

Firefox is not working with Rabby Wallet and Metamask extensions.

You mean these extensions appear to not be working with the Firefox web browser.

The vast majority of extensions hosted at https://addons.mozilla.org are made by a third-party author(s) or company and not by Mozilla.

Mozilla does not make the Firefox web browser work with insert extension as that would complicate things.

The extensions may need to be update or there could be a conflict with other extensions you have installed perhaps.

Also this is a community support forum and not some form of ticket or chat system and there is no need to create four duplicate threads as the other three have been locked and this one https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1486143 is open.

I reached Rabby support.

The problem was: " It´s very weird. I use a HDMI computer monitor connected to my laptop, so two screens. When I am in the secondary screen (monitor) it does not work. So I moved the browser to the main screen (laptop) and it worked. "

This ticket can be closed now. Thank you.
